The Track jacket by Picture is both warm, dry and stylish. It features a Dry-Play 20K/15K membrane and has gone through EcoElite Teflon treatment, which adds makes a durable and waterproof outer. As a tiny detail, it comes with Picture's whistle puller as an emergency whistle for if you ever, god forbid it, should end up in a bad situation.
