Description
A comprehensive collection of brushes designed to prepare cross country skis for optimal snow performance. Suitable also for alpine ski and snowboard bases.
The Skigo brush set includes:
- A Horsehair Brush
- A Steel Brush
- A Nylon Brush
Instructions for using the brushes:
Step 1) Employ the horsehair brush
It can be utilised following the use of a scraper. The SkiGo Horsehair Brush opens up the structure of the ski sole. Its short, thicker bristles enable you to work on the upper part of the ski base's structure. Move on to the Steel Brush for the next maintenance step.
Step 2) Employ the Steel Brush
Use it for cleaning the base, both after using the SkiGo Horsehair Brush and for deeper cleaning. Brush in the direction of skiing. This tool, with its longer, slimmer steel bristles, enables work with the wax deep within the base structure. Proceed to the Nylon Brush for the subsequent step.
Step 3) Employ the Nylon Brush
For eliminating the final remnants of glide from cross-country skis.
Finish by polishing the base with the SkiGo Nylon Brush after applying the Skigo Steel Brush. Brush 10 to 20 times to clear away any loose debris from the base. Prior to training sessions, simply use the nylon brush after scraping the base.
