"Item is great. Took one star off because had an email to say it would be here on the Friday but then it got stopped and couldn't be delivered. Reason unknown. It was delivered Monday which was a day later than my sons birthday. Still quick delivery to say it isn't coming from the UK and it was also my own fault for not ordering sooner but a little frustrating as wasn't updated about it not arriving Friday. I had to track where it was when it didn't arrive and it said something along the lines of can't be delivered due to good being excluded by GLS terms. No idea what that meant. Product is really good though. My son loves it. Luckily it wasn't his only present so I had to explain it would be a day late."
