The Globber Flash Light LED for scooters can be readily affixed to Globber Scooters or any other bar as needed. Simply wrap the Elastic Strap to secure it onto the plastic link.
Activate the light with a single press for a steady beam, press twice for flashing mode, and a third press to turn it off.
