Apex 2018 Waist Kitesurfing Harness

The Apex Kitesurfing harness from Ion is a waist harness crafted for versatile kitesurfing with an emphasis on an excellent and comfortable fit. An ideal selection for waves and freeriding, catering to both beginners and advanced kitesurfers alike.

This harness is tailored to ensure a snug and precise fit, optimising the transfer of power, control, and comfort.

The Apex is equipped with the Ion C-bar technology. The C-bar technology involves a spreader bar constructed from reinforced injected fibres instead of metal, rendering it exceptionally lightweight. The spreader includes a tension lever system that easily adjusts the harness for a snug fit.

• Soft Edge and Extended Soft Edge

The harness edge is crafted with extra soft neoprene and enhanced by a special foam to maximise comfort. The Soft Edge flexes sideways at the hips and ribs, enhancing comfort.

• X Spine

X-shaped EVA thermo moulded insert provides optimised back protection while ensuring the harness remains flexible for unrestricted movement.

• Split Edge

The Split Edge, a divided buckle plate, enables the harness to conform more perfectly to the body, enhancing comfort and power transfer.

• Torsion-free construction
