The G13 PU delivers exceptional grip without ever sacrificing roll, and offers excellent pop out of the turns. Employs S.E.R.T. technology, which stands for Stored Energy Ring Technology. Neal Piper, the engineer behind the wheel, explains this technology best:

"A key structure in any inline racing wheel is the transition layer where a softer construction meets a much more rigid mounting base. This is a crucial energy management zone for a wheel. At this pivotal hinge or pivot point, the power of the push and the “stored rotational energy” within the deflected tyre must not be lost. If the transition or mounting layer between the PU tyre and more solid plastic hub is designed correctly, it facilitates a perfect balance between tyre flexibility and energy release across the entire wheel."

Matter wheels utilise the Footprint scale, where F1 represents footprint 1.
