Hep Greg's signature scooter bar is crafted from 4130 chromoly, ensuring sturdiness and is oversized to be compatible with SCS systems. The "Tron" gusset on the crossbar provides exceptional strength, as minimal welding is required on the crossbar itself. This distinctive design involves only welding the gusset to the downtube, further enhancing the durability of both the crossbar and downtube. Hep Greg Cohen has rigorously tested and approved it for street use.
