The Lambda 2.1 stunt scooter deck is designed for durability. In many conventional designs, necks penetrate the centre of the deck, creating a vulnerable spot. However, AO employs U-shaped welding technology that minimally affects the deck and also greatly expands the welding area. The headtube is forged from a single solid block of aluminium using 5 tonnes of pressure; the same is true for the neck! This results in support beams that are 30% stronger.

Additional enhancements include a precisely machined headset opening after anodising to ensure an accurate fit, with the neck positioned completely forward to optimise deck space. The angled shape begins right at the beam to prevent any bending of the edges.
