Robust and rigid VX deck by Santa Cruz
The Total Dot skateboard deck by Santa Cruz is a VX deck, crafted from just 5-plies of North American Hard Rock Maple and 2-plies of reinforcing Santa Cruz Quad X Technology (carbon/fibreglass).
VX decks are stronger and more rigid than standard 7-ply boards. Therefore, if you frequently break decks, the Total Dot might be your answer.
The Total Dot is also a bit lighter and significantly thinner than regular 7-ply decks, which may seem a little unusual initially, but feels fantastic once accustomed to it.
