	Your phone support person was knowledgeable & helpful. This decided us to buy from you. Even close to Christmas the delivery was fast. The skates have geometry altering axles, enabling steering by leaning over to the sides, which enables much more controlled enjoyment. The slightly cheaper skate model which looks to have this, is in fact solid; not so much fun. When in the extended condition some comfort padding is advisable over the exposed hard lattice at the heel,which is beyond the reach of the insole.
