• Aqua-A

Aqua-A is a solvent-free, water-based glue utilised in all Ion wetsuits.

• Seam reinforcements

Ion has incorporated Melco tape at stress points within the wetsuit to enhance its durability. Ion advises: “If you accidentally leave the suit in the trunk of your car on a hot day, the tape might begin to peel. Do not worry! Simply use an iron gently over the affected area, as the glue reactivates with heat.”

• Contour Cut

All Ion wetsuits feature designs that follow body contours to boost flexibility and comfort. The contour cut is standard on all their wetsuits.

• Drain Holes

To prevent water build-up where fabric layers overlap, drain holes have been incorporated. These drain holes will not widen.

• Supra Tex
