• Aqua-A

Aqua-A is a solvent-free, water-based adhesive used in all Ion wetsuits.

• Seam reinforcements

To fortify stress points within the wetsuit, Ion has applied Melco tape for enhanced durability. Ion notes: “If you accidentally leave the suit in the boot of your car on a hot day, it may start to peel off. Don't panic! Carefully use an iron over the affected area as the adhesive is activated by heat.”

• Contour Cut

Wetsuits are contoured to follow body shapes, boosting flexibility and comfort. Every Ion wetsuit includes contour cut.

• Drain Holes

Drain holes are incorporated to prevent water from collecting where fabrics overlap. These holes won’t enlarge.
