Description
Thanks to a dedicated collaboration with Team Rider Ed Zunda, WeThePeople have crafted this street-ready freestyle BMX frame. Ed had a clear vision of his requirements, leading to a short rear end measuring just 13.2", enabling swift trick execution while maintaining balance.
This Awake BMX frame features a steep angle on the newly designed 127mm tall hourglass-shaped headtube at 75.5°, which slightly pulls in the balance point and offers Ed the foundation necessary to execute his tricks.
In the 2018 version, the Awake has undergone a few updates, including a re-designed headtube. These improvements include a taller 9" standover height and 7.5mm thick invest cast dropouts with integrated chain tensioners, resulting in a truly street-ready finish.
