The bike is of excellent quality bar the saddle is fixed and not pivotal, but ordered a pivotal set up to fix that. I bought from skatepro thinking it was an irish set up but seems to be just a call center and stuff was sent from belgium and you will be waiting a while to get what you order.

Reply from SkatePro:  Hi Grace,

Thank you for your review.
We are definitely not a call center, we have our Customer Connection Team in-house. Our products are getting shipped from one of our warehouses, or in Denmark or from Belgium.
I'm sorry that the delivery took longer than you would have expected it to be. We hope that the communication has been clear enough throughout the process. If not, we would love to receive the right feedback from you there so we can improve our services.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

/Justin
