Comfortable 3-layer mouthpiece designed for superior protection, reducing the likelihood of concussions and dental injuries.
Adult size, suitable for ages 10 and above.

Personalising the mouthpiece: be aware that boiling water can pose a risk!

1. Bring the water to a boil and let it sit for 30 seconds before submerging the protector in the water for 70 seconds.
2. Remove the guard from the water with a spoon, shake off excess water, and immediately position the protector over the upper teeth. (The protector should be warm)
3. With the upper teeth centred, gently bite together and use your tongue to suck or squeeze out the air and excess water from the guard. You may also use your fingers to press the protector into place from the outside.
4. Allow the protector to secure itself in the mouth for 30 seconds, then remove and rinse under cold running water.
5. If the fit is not perfect, repeat the process until optimal.
6. If the guard is slightly too large, trim the ends with a knife as needed.
