This procedure aligns the grain size and direction of the aluminium into its optimal arrangement, enhancing its strength by up to 2.5 times compared to machined or extruded aluminium. Additionally, this results in the stunt scooter wheels being substantially lighter than conventional full core stunt scooter wheels.
