Description

2 layer mouthguard for solid protection, reduces the risk of concussions and dental injuries.
Adult size, suitable for ages 10 & above.

When customising the mouthguard, be aware that boiling water can be hazardous!

Bring water to a boil and allow it to stand for 30 seconds before submerging the guard in the water for 70 seconds.

Remove the guard from the water using a spoon, shake off excess water, and promptly centre the guard on the upper teeth. (The guard should feel warm)

Once the upper teeth are centred, gently bite down and suck or squeeze out air and excess water from the guard using your tongue. You may also use your fingers to press the guard into place on the outside.

Keep the guard in the mouth for 30 seconds, then remove and rinse it under cold running water.

If the fit is not perfect, repeat the process until it becomes optimal.

If the guard feels slightly too large, some of the ends can be trimmed off with a knife.
