Description

This single density mouthguard is suitable for use during sleep to protect teeth from grinding and potential harm.

Adult size, for ages 10 and above.
Youth size, for ages 10 and under.

When customising the mouthguard, be cautious as boiling water can pose a danger!

Bring the water to a boil, then allow it to rest for 30 seconds before placing the adult guard in the water for 70 seconds. (30 seconds for Youth size)

Remove the guard from the water with a spoon and shake off the water, promptly centre the guard on the upper teeth. The guard should be warm.

With the upper teeth centred, gently bite together while using your tongue to suck and squeeze out air and excess water. You may also employ your fingers to press the protector into place from the outside.

Keep the guard in the mouth for 30 seconds before removing it and placing it under cold running water.

If the fit is not ideal, repeat the procedure until it is perfect.

If the guard is slightly too large, you can trim some of the ends with a knife.
