Return Shipment (return label)

If you order a "Return Shipment", you will receive an email from DHL with the return label attached to it.

Notice: You have to put your product into the original packaging, and then put it into a shipping box to avoid damages during transport.

Ireland
If you order a "Return Shipment", SkatePro will arrange a pick-up of the return parcel with GLS from your address the next working day. The courier has all the neccessary labels and our return address.

When ordering the pick and return, please provide the pick-up address, it can be a private or a company address.

Important: If you are not able to return the package on the next working day, please remember to inform SkatePro about this in a comment to your order or an email. In that case please provide us with an exact date when the pick-up can be arranged. In case of no information, we order the service for the next working day.
