Before using it for the first time, I submitted a support ticket and noted that it was urgent because the scooter is a birthday gift for my 7-year-old son. I then noticed that the front wheel was also squeaking and stiff.
Now I’m being asked to send various photos and videos as proof. On top of that, I have to keep checking in with a different department. Furthermore, I’m supposed to install different headset bearings myself and send more photos to check whether anything might be bent.

In appropriate cases, we first offer replacement parts because that’s often the fastest solution. This way, the scooter doesn’t have to be sent back and forth and can usually be used again much sooner. Many of our customers prefer exactly that. In your case, we’ve already found another solution. About a year ago, I was looking for a scooter for myself; I was just a beginner. I chose the option to have it assembled by the company, so it arrived fully assembled. At first, everything seemed fine, but after two days, the front wheel kept coming loose and the whole scooter felt loose. Because of all this hassle, I lost interest in scooters. Six months later, I tried to tighten it, but unfortunately, I saw that when you unscrew the bars, you can’t see the compression system—there was nothing there but dust.
