Adult size, suitable for ages 10 and over.
When customising the mouthguard, be cautious as boiling water can be dangerous!
- Boil the water, letting it stand for 30 seconds before immersing the adult guard in the water for 60 seconds.
- Remove the guard from the water using a spoon, shake off the water, and immediately position the guard on the upper teeth. (The guard should be warm)
- With upper teeth centred, bite together gently and suck/squeeze air and excess water from the guard using your tongue. Fingers may also be used to press the protector in place on the outside.
- Keep the guard in the mouth for 30 seconds, remove, and then place under running cold water.
- If the fit is not perfect, repeat the process until it is ideal.
