Herbert Grünwald Abtenau, Austria Verified Buyer 5 of 5 No idea—I picked up this setup for my son... he's having a blast shredding. Stephan Adam Chemnitz, Sachsen, Germany Verified Buyer 5 of 5 Premium performance Joseba C. Vitoria-gasteiz, Spain Verified Buyer 1 of 5 First day of use and the brake is broken by a bolt that was passed. The use has been the one that can give a child of 42kg weight in a while in the afternoon, which on top of that does not use the brake practically. The store is not responsible even if it is an assembly or manufacturing defect. Lousy customer service even if it is their responsibility. Last purchase I make here and certainly do not recommend at all to buy anything. They are not responsible even if it is a defect and not a wear. Edit: "Normal wear and tear" = a part that comes loose on the first day of use and can not be tightened because the thread is not fixed in plastic, of course. Just look at the photo, I repeat, in no case it is a wear, it is a breakage due to factory or assembly defect. But well, I'm just trying to warn potential buyers of the way the company works and the way to manage a problem like this, nothing more. Reply from SkatePro Hello, Thank you for your response. We apologize again for the situation, but we must insist that the problem is not due to a manufacturing defect, but to normal wear and tear. We have reviewed the case several times and the conclusion remains the same. We will gladly keep in touch with you and are trying to find a solution together.//Your SkatePro🛹🛴📦 team🛴📦🏄‍♂️ Moritz Wölfle Aulendorf, Germany Verified Buyer 5 of 5 It's a great deck, but the rear bolt of the axle has gone straight through, so you have to drill it out now Brad Gordey Kamloops, Canada Verified Buyer 5 of 5 Great experience, Porsche Inter Auto GmbH ZWNL Kapfenberg Leoben, Austria Verified Buyer 5 of 5 great, my 9-year-old child is totally thrilled Reyn H. Kaneohe, United States Verified Buyer 5 of 5 Been looking for a boxed deck with a replaceable peg-end style design, as well as a deck on the smaller side, so this deck has been amazing for me. The slightly steeper 83.5 degree headtube takes a little to get used to, but it does make nose manuals feel more controlled.
