Standard Compression System (SCS) clamp by Proto.

Guide to SCS setup:

1. Insert the starnut into the fork from above.
2. Place the SCS clamp onto your fork.
3. Secure the compression bolt using the provided Proto "top" cap.
4. Insert your bar into the SCS clamp and tighten all bolts securely.
