Judith van \'t LooKapellen, BelgiumVerified Buyer4 of 5Not yet assembled, so no idea, but I assume it's fine.Reply from SkateProThank you for your feedback! Glad to hear that you have confidence in the product 😊 We hope that everything will be to your liking once it has been assembled. - team skateproYanick RothHunenberg, SwitzerlandVerified Buyer1 of 5Unfortunately, the recommended binding was completely unsuitable for my weight (84 kg) as it is only designed for riders between 24-75 kg. This error in advice was confirmed to me by both a specialist dealer and the SkatePro employee.
After replacing the unsuitable binding with a suitable one (at my own expense), I tried several times to clarify with SkatePro a return and refund of the incorrectly recommended binding. Despite several emails and inquiries, I received no response.Reply from SkateProHey, thanks for the review!
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service! We were closed for a few days over Christmas and New Year and a lot of inquiries came in, which unfortunately resulted in longer waiting times for emails.
As we can see we have now been in communication and have been able to arrange a return for the incorrectly recommended binding.
We apologize for the inconvenience!
