Star 5mm Back Zip Wetsuit

The Star series of wetsuits are exceptional options for all kinds of water sports, offering the widest variety of entry types and designs from the Mystic series. The primary goal has been to create an affordable suit that excels in both style and functionality.

This season, the range has been updated with some fantastic additions. For example, all full suits now feature a soft and warming polar lining on the back and chest areas. Additionally, Mystic has added critical neoprene taping on the seams to enhance protection against water ingress.

Features:

• Glued Blind Stitched
  • This method of gluing the seams before stitching them halfway through the material is an excellent way to waterproof the seams.
• Critical Taping Inside
  • Waterproof critical taping is applied in key areas of the wetsuit to prevent water from entering the suit.
• Glideskin Thin Neck Construction
  • The Thin Neck construction reduces the thickness of the neck area, allowing the neoprene to follow the neck's curves with less pressure. This makes the neck lining feel like a second skin and ensures excellent water closure.
• Aquabarrier
  • A silicone print in key areas creates the Aquabarrier, forming a shield that prevents water from entering your suit.
• 4-way Stretch Kneepads
  • The Super-Tex fabric used on the knee areas is highly durable and stretches significantly to provide freedom of movement and knee protection.
• Velcro Ankle Closure
  • Velcro straps for the ankle area offer a snug fit and better water prevention. They are not attached to the suit, making them optional.
• Back-Zip
  • The Back-Zip is the most classic way to close a wetsuit. It is the easiest way to enter a suit but may allow water to enter through the rear of the neck liner, which is controlled with a double liner depending on the model.

• 50% M-Flex
  • M-Flex is a high-end neoprene material offering superb flexibility and an excellent stretch ratio.
• 50% Soft Touch
  • The core material of all wetsuits is neoprene. Mystic uses this Soft Touch material in many suits, providing comfort and a good fit with its carefully laminated soft neoprene layer.
• Polar Lining (panel on chest and back)
  • For cold-water activities, the Polar lining of Mystic suits is unmatched. This soft inner layer reflects body heat, keeping you warmer for longer.
