Aleksander U. Konin, Poland Verified Buyer 3 of 5 6 years ago The shipment arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the wheel uncentered, from new is suitable for service. The complaint process drags on for weeks, poor contact from skatepro. I like eclat products but bondi wheels I do not recommend. Reply from SkatePro Thank you for taking the time to write an opinion. We are very sorry for the negative experience. We strive to provide you with professional service, fast response and delivery times, and a fair and clear complaints process. If we have not lived up to your expectations, we are very sorry and hope that such a situation will not happen again. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience. /Oliwia
