There's a lot of resistance. It's a shame because I needed a 13-tooth.Reply from SkateProHello,
Thank you for your message. Please feel free to send us photos or videos of the problem so we can help you find a solution. Write to us at email@skatepro.fr 🙂
Have a great day!
- Lucie -Szilveszter GyükerKomló, HungaryVerified Buyer3 of 5It should have been greased a bit , if the manufacturer apparently did not do this , because it does not turn the wheel , although it is not loud at all!Reply from SkateProDear Sylvester!
Thank you for writing to us about the product and your experience.
We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your order.
As you noted, the manufacturer ships these products dry, and we do not open the original packaging when assembling orders in the warehouse so that everything arrives to you in its original quality. 📦❤️
We would like to think that the manufacturer has not made this decision out of carelessness, but so that everyone can grease them to their own preference at assembly.
We hope that the part has since worked properly.
However, if you have any problems with it, or if we can help you with anything else in the future, please feel free to contact us at email@skatepro.hu or on +36 21 200 7813. 😊

I could not find a supplier in the UK .
