Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and due to online returns being closed due to Brexit, I am a little frustrated that I cannot get a refund for the time being. Original delivery took longer than expected and did not arrive before Christmas, although order was not made until 20th Dec. The replacement size helmet arrived a few days after ordering, much quicker. Good customer service, confirming issues around returning items. Just a shame this company is based in Denmark, making returns difficult. Helmet looks good. We are happy with the second one. |
