Samuel J.Ambilly, FranceVerified Buyer2 of 5Never received, in the end a 40€ gadget that I wouldn't need because it can easily be replaced by a simple string with a carabiner!Reply from SkateProHello,

Verbeek AnneliesLier, BelgiumVerified Buyer5 of 5Super convenient!!! Our little girl doesn't have to drag her plate around anymore but can easily pull this with herIvan BelosevicSarpsborg, NorwayVerified Buyer5 of 5Fingers are great. Raška deliveryJakub B.Chomutov, Czech RepublicVerified Buyer1 of 5Ordered Riglet Burton for 928,-. Supplied without screws for fixing. Delivered in envelope only. I know that certain versions of the Burton Riglet come in a paper blister pack including mounting screws. I tried to contact by phone (on weekdays) an answering machine answered and ended the call - could not be reached. I emailed asking what screws to use or why they are not supplied. An email arrived acknowledging receipt of the enquiry but no reply.
I definitely do not recommend the eshop. There is a lot of competition on the Czech market that does not hesitate to help advise and the prices are comparable.Reply from SkateProThank you for your review. We wrote you back 5 days after you wrote to us, but you did not get back to us. We will contact you again by email :) We apologize for the unpleasant experience, however our customer service is open in English at all times. Unfortunately, we did not have a Czech employee answering Czech phones in February, but you can call us from March onwards :)Jacek D.Tczew, PolandVerified Buyer5 of 5I bought as a spare line for my child's board :) not sure if it will be usefulSteven WeatherlyBarto, United StatesVerified Buyer5 of 5A must have for teaching little ones how to ride.
