We are pleased that you like the product //Dein SkatePro-Team :)Cindy K.Volendam, NetherlandsVerified Buyer1 of 5Ordered these speed skates for the second time because I really liked them. Now only in a different color. One pair of them is very bad. After 2 months the wheels were worn out and lost wheels 2 times while speed skating. While the other pair still looks fine after 2 years and shows no wear at all. They take no responsibility and can only offer 10.00 euro customer credit. Advice from skatepro to order other wheels. Those are € 27,00 per 4 wheels excluding shipping and bearings. For the same money I can buy new speed skates. No idea what is with set of Speed Skates but they can go in the trash after 2 months.Reply from SkateProThank you for your review.
We are sorry to read that you are not satisfied with our response.
As previously mentioned, the claim was not approved because the problem was considered wear and tear.
The other wheels you compared them to are from a well-known brand of higher
quality and therefore less prone to wear and tear.
We remain at your disposal.
