Our Gamechangers Elite's unique arch technology is activated by heat, causing the insole to expand and perfectly contour to the shape of your foot.
- Trim the toe section to ensure a snug fit within your shoes. They should slide in with ease.
- Then, place the insoles in a preheated oven at 110°C for 8-10 minutes. Do not use a microwave.
- Once the arch has softened completely, they are set for use. Stand on them wearing socks for 1-2 minutes (remain seated for higher arch support). Afterward, insert them into your shoes and walk.
- Avoid bending the Gamechangers at 90-degree angles immediately after removing them from the oven, as this can damage the foam.
