Generally, you can determine your Synch Bands size by the number of eyelets. Most shoes are categorised as normal or medium size.

• Small - Shoes with fewer than 5 eyelets per side
• Medium - Shoes with 5-6 eyelets per side
• Large - Shoes with more than 6 eyelets per side
