Wrist Circumference Measurement
Measure the circumference around the wrist.
Determine the Circumference Around and Beneath the Elbow
Use your dominant arm to measure the circumference at the widest points above and below the elbow, and measure the biceps and forearm.
Perimeter Above and Below Knee
Tip! Use a soft measuring tape, to ensure that the product fits properly. Alternatively, use a piece of string and then measure it against a ruler
