Some seams tear the first time you put them on and individual threads come loose from the fabric. This happens again almost every time you put on or take off the rider, as the fabric is subjected to some strain.

I'm sorry to hear that the protectors didn't meet your expectations. Soft shells are generally more sensitive than the standard hard shells.
The seams shouldn't come undone the first time of course. I can see that we have not received an email about this. In such cases, customer service should always be contacted so that we can find a solution as quickly as possible.
