Nothing serious, though. They're a little hard to put on and even harder to take off, but they're great for keeping your ankles warm and protected. Pull them all the way up until you feel the tips of your toes touching the front; otherwise, they put some pressure on the middle of your foot. I wear a size 39 in regular shoes and ordered the Manera booties in size 39 as well.
