The liner seems to be well engineered with good comfort. This is described as a higher volume boot and they do accommodate my high instep as well as any ski boot I have owned. I have a normal width foot and the forefoot is a little tight in this boot. It may pack out or maybe I will have the width punched out a few millimeters. The size I ordered was 28.5 and the same shell is used for 28.0. For reference, my running shoe is Brooks size 44 and my usual shoe size is US 10 regular width.
