Fortunately it doesn't last long enough to think about riding on it. Maybe it's just manufacturing tolerances, I feel like the bead major diameter is too big and I haven't had this problem with other tires. It's difficult to find a truly great red Hp (100, 110) psi tires. I ride flatland with this bike, so it was interesting switching from 20 x 1.75 to 20 x 2.4. My zero forks didn't quite fit; they fit 2.3. I ended up using Heresy 0 forks on my Deco build to allow clearance.
