The stem cracks because it's flimsy, and you have to loosen and tighten it enough times during transport; the chains are on the weaker side, but otherwise okay. I swapped out the rear wheel for a Freecoaster and had to order reinforced chains and a sturdier stem. It feels like the rear fork isn’t quite straight, so you can’t get the bike perfectly centered, and the stock rims creak because the spokes loosen quickly—meaning you have to tighten the spokes and true the rim even after just a short time of use.
