Travel light—my 14 kg rucksack soon felt overwhelmingly heavy! Opting for a lighter pack is unquestionably recommended.

The limited capacity for belongings proved restrictive. Injuries posed a genuine risk, and at times, progress seemed minimal. Additionally, honestly, some areas can be rather dull.
