Phunkshun Wear

Phunkshun Wear is a Colorado-based brand that is sustainably producing neck gaiters, balaclavas and other facemasks for the outdoors. Originally made to meet the demands of ski and snowboard instructors, these creative and colourful face masks are now worn by many other active enthusiasts.

Founded in 2011, Phunkshun outerwear has brightened up the winter wear market in more ways than just creative designs. Sustainable production is a strong belief of the company so they have chosen to use Repreve Recycled Fibre in all of their products. The fibre is made from plastic bottles and Phunkshun proudly says that an average of six recycled bottles are used in each product.

All of Phunkshuns manufacturing happens at the base of the Rocky Mountains in Denver and they do not outsource materials from abroad. This gives the team at Phunskun full control over quality to ensure that only the best gear is delivered.
